These typica and bourbon coffees are cultivated in the tropics of Bolivia below a magnificent mahogany forest. The coffee comes from 41 small farms averaging three acres each. The farmers work hard to constantly improve their organic farming cultivation practices and the quality of their coffees.
They have built raised bed patios for drying the beans, started their own nurseries, and utilize coffee technicians to further organic agricultural training. These efforts, combined with an unusual micro climate, produce a heavy bodied, spicy coffee that tingles the senses of the tongue as well as the imagination.
