Peaberry coffee beans are much smaller in size and twice as robust in flavor. Because the seed inside the cherry is much smaller, the acidity is also higher (a good thing) than in regular Arabica beans. Peaberry coffees render a flavor that is concentrated and offers a livelier cup, full body and distinguished aroma.
